The Guild
Just like the guilds of old world craftsman The Guild is a gathering of masters, journeymen,
and apprentices training each other in the art and science of ministry.
The Guild is a live event held four times a year with the goal of equipping the followers
of Christ. Every ministry is represented and holds seminars on how to accomplish the goals
of their team. That could be anything from a tutorial on how to be an engaging greeter to a
hands on demonstration of stage lighting from our technical team.
The Guild also provides more general leadership training for our people, so that our church
is not limited by the capacity of our current leaders. Seminars from our past gatherings are
captured and archived here on our website so that training can be an ongoing process here at The Well.
